The Challenge
Mark a 28,400 m² MODON Riyadh industrial warehouse operating 24/7 with forklift traffic, racking aisles, machine-guarding zones and dispatch docks. The facility required full HSE compliance per Saudi Aramco GES-001 and ISO 7010 colour coding, without interrupting production.
Our Solution
Specified a two-component polyurea line system with antimicrobial variant in cleanroom zones, applied over shot-blasted concrete profiled to CSP-3. Layout used green pedestrian walkways, amber forklift lanes, red machine-guard zones, white storage bays and yellow dispatch-dock hatchings — all ISO 7010 compliant.
Execution
Shot-blasted 28,400 m² with a ride-on blaster, primed, and applied polyurea lines via airless striper with hand-applied chevrons and pedestrian crossings. The warehouse was divided into 18 zones with each reopening within 2 hours of marking, allowing production to continue in adjacent zones throughout.
