The Challenge
Mark a 26,000 m² JAFZA logistics warehouse operating 24/7 with cross-dock doors, VNA racking aisles and a 4,200 m² chilled annex. The client needed HSE-compliant colour coding, pedestrian segregation and pallet-location grid markings, all without interrupting goods receipt.
Our Solution
Specified polyurea line systems throughout with antimicrobial variant in the chilled annex. Layout used green pedestrian walkways, amber forklift lanes, red hazard zones around dock edges, white pallet bays and yellow walkway chevrons — all ISO 7010 and OSHA 1910.144 compliant.
Execution
Shot-blasted the slab to CSP-3, applied polyurea lines curing in 90 minutes, and phased the warehouse into 14 zones so each could reopen within 2 hours of marking. Dock-edge hazard stripes were double-coated for high-traffic durability, and pallet-location grid was laser-aligned for VNA accuracy.
