Re-mark a 3,200-bay multi-level parking deck without closing the mall, while re-optimising the layout to increase capacity and add EV and family bays.
Our Solution
Phased floor-by-floor marking with black-out of ghost lines, layout re-optimisation adding 240 bays, and colour-coded zones (green family, blue disabled, amber EV, red VIP).
Execution
Surveyed and re-laid bay geometry for capacity gain, applied solvent-based acrylic paint with preformed disabled and arrow symbols, and added pedestrian walkways with anti-skip hatch.
