The Challenge
Mark a 9,200 m² Ajman Industrial Area warehouse with forklift lanes, racking aisles, pedestrian walkways and machine-guarding zones. The facility had a single shift pattern and required all marking completed within two weekend shutdowns to avoid production loss.
Our Solution
Specified a two-component polyurea line system with full ISO 7010 colour coding and anti-slip walkways. The system was selected for its 90-minute cure time, allowing both marking shifts to be completed over consecutive weekends with sub-2-hour reopening per zone.
Execution
Shot-blasted 9,200 m² to CSP-3 on Saturday morning, primed and applied polyurea lines through Sunday. Green pedestrian walkways, amber forklift lanes, red machine-guard zones and white pallet-bay grid were applied, with anti-slip aggregate broadcast on walkways. Final inspection Monday morning before production resumed.
